   IF, NOTWITHSTANDING THE OTHER PROVISIONS OF THESE TERMS, ROYAX IS FOUND TO BE LIABLE TO YOU FOR ANY DAMAGE OR LOSS ARISING OUT OF OR IN ANY WAY CONNECTED WITH YOUR USE OF THE WEBSITE OR SERVICES, ROYAX’S LIABILITY SHALL IN NO EVENT EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) THE TOTAL FEES PAID BY YOU TO ROYAX (IF ANY) FOR THE SERVICES AT ISSUE DURING THE THREE (3) MONTHS PRIOR TO THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM, OR (B) ONE HUNDRED (100) EUROS.
